ATTN ArenaNet: Potential problem with .NET Framework 1.1 Update
A few people (including myself) have had problems using the reconnect feature since we installed an update of the .NET Framework 1.1 through Windows Update.
After uninstalling the .NET Framework completely and reinstalling it without the latest patch, the problem seems to have disappeared. Could you please look into the issue? |

This isn't the place to report actual problems with the game.. You need to contact ArenaNet yourself, send a ticket in and report it.

odd, I wouldn't have anet fix it..I'd have Microsoft fix it.
after getting a failed update (with vista, .net 1.1) I removed it, never re-installed it and presto..fixed. I don't think vista even runs .net 1.1 -lol. but it wanted to update it. well at least now on my system it doesn't. /edit http://blogs.msdn.com/astebner/archi...08/406671.aspx scroll down look in left column(or read paragraph/use links lol), handy removal tool there.
